Mathew has relocated from Sydney to Wagga where he has taken up the position of brass tutor with the Riverina Conservatorium of Music. Mathew plays trumpet and brings a new and innovative conducting style to the band.
Brett Spokes, our 27th conductor tendered his resignation at the end of 2010 due to his constant & increasing role with Kapooka Band making it difficult for him to provide the undivided attention which RCB warranted. Brett had an important input into the band, particularly in the percussion section which responded very well to his tuition. RCB enjoyed the time with Brett and played some good music under his direction.
