The Riverina Concert Band is a mix of musicians from many backgrounds with varying skills. We are the only Concert Band in the district open to all players whether from the forces, citizens (and senior citizens) of the city and surrounding districts, university students & school students. We play a variety of music from jazz to rock to classical, for a variety of occasions. We are versatile not only in the selection of charts but in the fact that we perform as a concert band, a marching band and a big band, as well as performing in contests and eisteddfods.

Some of our regular performances are:

  • Wagga Wagga Jazz Festival
  • Farmers Markets
  • Canberra Eisteddfod
  • Athol St Christmas Carols
